Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, used products that show signs of wear or misuse cannot be returned.
